SB Construction’s services team were an integral part of the Design and Build team delivering site management and specialist MEP installation services, including but not limited to MER services, Cat 6 data / fire and security systems. We were very impressed with how their design team provided practical and viable proposals to help value engineer the install whilst maintaining the criteria and performance levels needed for the building and that they were able to respond to variation requests quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.
