Tom Harper, with 14 years of main contractor experience across diverse sectors including retail and residential, serves as the Commercial Manager at SB Construction. Peter O’Sullivan

Construction Manager

Peter brings an astounding 35 years of industry experience to his role as Construction Manager at SB Construction. His journey began working hands-on as a first-fix and second-fix carpenter, progressing into Site Management and ultimately, Construction Management. Peter’s comprehensive knowledge and diverse experience are unparalleled. There are few Construction Managers with a wealth of knowledge comparable to Peter’s. Having been involved in every facet of construction, he is familiar with every inch of every project, and his calming presence on site is a testament to that depth of knowledge. Peter’s greatest strength lies in his ability to navigate through any scenario encountered on a site, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

Bradley Thurley

Construction Manager

With 15 years of industry experience, holds the position of Construction Manager. Having worked hands-on with the tools in his early years, Bradley adopts a practical and solution-oriented approach, which stands as his greatest strength. With the bulk of his career spent as a Main Contractor, Gregor possesses extensive experience, particularly in the retail and commercial sectors and excels in LIVE environments. make her an invaluable asset, as she expertly manages the inner workings of the office and supports the senior leadership team to keep every project on track.
Anna’s role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including accounts assistance, HR support, and acting as a Mental Health First Aider—just a few of the essential functions she oversees with precision and care. Her ability to keep the “engine room” running effectively makes her an irreplaceable part of the SB team and a key contributor to our success.
