A 12-week conversion of a former electronics factory in Ryde into a veterinary practice. The site sits between the Isle of Wight Bus Museum and homes.
Narrow roads, limited parking and bus movements meant deliveries and access were planned carefully.
Temporary propping, lead lining of internal walls and structural alterations for the clinical areas.
Skylights removed and replaced, with full scaffold protection.
X-ray, dental and theatre equipment, with a full M&E installation to suit.
New underground drainage and licensed asbestos removal.
Completed in 12 weeks. The practice now works alongside other veterinary clinics on the island.
