A 14-week refurbishment of a vacant commercial unit into a nursery with offices, from strip-out to joinery.
After the previous tenant left, we stripped out the unit and carried out structural works around neighbouring trading units.
New incoming power and water supplies (STATs) for the new tenant.
New stud walls and suspended ceilings.
Raised access flooring for services, finished with safety flooring.
A new IPS system, counters, office furniture, and nursery kitchen and changing units.
Completed in 14 weeks to N Family’s specification.
